Parents leaving after snacks
A play learning center does not require a parent/caregiver and child to stay for the full three hours. Usually after snack time, the majority of the group leaves to go home missing outdoor play, circle time and good byes. How do I keep parents from leaving after snack time?

Several suggestions: post the 3 hour schedule in a visible location, during announcements stress the importance of staying after snack to participate in each activity, or move snacks to the end of the 3 hour schedule.
